WHAT WE DO
We help plan, design, and implement any or every step of a new program, project, or process.
We coach aspiring, new, or seasoned managers to lead with heart.
We empower direct service staff to bring their whole selves to every task at hand.
HOW WE DO IT
1. Big Picture Planning
We get to know your organization.
• What are you hoping to add or update?
• What are your organization’s strengths and challenges?
• What’s working and what would you like to see run more smoothly?
• What, exactly, does it look and feel like when it works?
We create a high level plan, including evaluation criteria, before beginning design.
If we don’t know where we’re going, how can we know we’re going in the right direction?
3. Design and Implementation
This is where the rubber meets the road. We adapt your existing systems and/or build new ones to make sure you get where you want to go as simply and efficiently as possible. We collaboratively design staff training for a successful launch.
Using best practices of Continuous Quality Improvement, we collaboratively and transparently deal with any issues that come up as they are identified.
We never seem to have the time to do it right, but somehow, we find the time to do it again.
On average this takes four times as long.
2. Communication
Who is involved in the change?
We make sure everybody has an opportunity for input before we begin. And we mean everybody! Those who do the actual work have essential insight into what will work well.
We create a comprehensive communications plan to maximize inclusion and buy-in.
The risk of under-communication is greater than the risk of over-communication.
4. Maintenance
Once the system is created, we share complete training and documentation to clarify how you can maintain the successful process moving forward. Staff turnover is expected, so we plan for it with well written workflows.
Let’s make sure everybody is well trained and doing the right work, today and every day.
